MISSION:
The Purpose of National Sr. Beta Club shall be to promote the ideals of
character, service, and leadership among secondary students, to reward
meritorious achievement and to encourage and assist students in
continuing their education after high school.
CLUB REQUIREMENTS:
Students must obtain a 3.5 grade point average to be invited to join the Beta Club. After induction they must maintain a 3.0 grade point average and be actively involved in club activities.

1. What is expected of a student once they are in BETA?
Students will have to pay a yearly due to the club of $5 by September 1 to ensure that the group can participate in activities.
2. What does BETA actually do?
Beta
club members participate in a variety of activities such as Founder's
Day, Field Day at our local elementary schools, canned food drives and
American Red Cross Blood Drives to help in their community. Beta’s are
expected to volunteer in their community.
3. What does my child have to do to remain in BETA?
Once
inducted into Beta, students must maintain a GPA of a 3.0, pay their
yearly dues, participate in a minimum amount of service hours each
semester, and attend a minimum amount of meetings each semester.
4. How will BETA help my child?
Beta
is a prestigious honor society that your child will be able to place on
college applications and resumes. Your child will be able to apply for
scholarships as a National Beta member. All Betas that remain in good
standing will be able to graduate with a National Beta stole to wear
with pride on graduation day.
